Classic Biryani Recipe
Ingredients:
1 kg mutton or chicken
2 cups basmati rice
4 medium sized onions, finely sliced
4 tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp biryani masala
Salt to taste
2 cups water
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 green chilies, finely chopped
Directions:
Stage 1
In a dish, heat oil and sear onions until brilliant brown. Eliminate the onions and put away.
Stage 2
In a similar container, add ginger-garlic glue and sear briefly.
Stage 3
Add the sheep or chicken and sear until the meat is sautéed.
Stage 4
Add the hacked tomatoes and cook until they become delicate.
Stage 5
Add the biryani masala and salt to taste, and cook for a couple of moments.
Stage 6
Add the yogurt and cook for a couple of additional minutes.
Stage 7
Add 2 cups of water and heat the combination to the point of boiling.
Stage 8
Add the rice and mix well.
Stage 9
Add the hacked mint, coriander, and green chilies.
Stage 10
Cover the dish with a top and cook on low intensity for 20-25 minutes.
Stage 11
When the rice is cooked, cushion it with a fork and serve hot.
